I am a semi-retired, friendly problem solver with nearly 40 years of experience in home repair and maintenance. My focus is doing quality work at an affordable price. Pricing

$55 minimum charge covers the first hour of work.
$12 per quarter hour thereafter. I accept checks, cash, Venmo and Zelle.
